Activists from 269 Libération Animale occupied one of Van Drie slaughterhouses. The only criminal here is Van Drie.

"Beter Leven" (Better Life) is the biggest label for "humane meat" in the Netherlands, founded by the Society for the Protection of Animals. The welfare standard does not lead to less and better animal farming, and Vion benefits well from it.
As one of the largest meat companies in Europe, Vion plays a crucial role in the creation of a false image of the meat industry and confusion about the climate effects of animal farming.

On Saturday May 29, our friends from Gemeinsam gegen die Tierindustrie organized a demonstration in Bad Bramstedt near Hamburg. We also joined!
We handed out flyers in front of Vion's slaughterhouse in Boxtel to the workers. Despite the fact that Vion had called in the local enforcement (handhaving) it turned out to be a great success.
